Akuity is a language learning app developed by Zigollzo LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how your information is handled when you use Akuity.
Akuity does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information you enter — including your name, vocabulary lists, and study progress — is stored locally on your device only and never sent to any server.
All app data is stored locally on your device using standard mobile storage. This data is never transmitted to Zigollzo LLC or any third party. If you delete the app, all stored data is permanently removed from your device.
Akuity does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. We do not track your usage, location, or behavior.
Akuity does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the updated version here with a new date.
